Marketing Launchpad: Propelling Jane's Business in a New Direction

Jane had a problem. She decided to pivot her business and offer a totally new service. She felt lost, like she was starting from scratch. She needed guidance and direction with her brand and marketing.

This is my jam, you guys. Building marketing from scratch is my love language.

We started by meeting to discuss her needs. I took very detailed notes and asked a ton of questions. I determined I needed to do a marketing assessment with recommendations on the next steps (I call this the Marketing Launchpad.) I did a deep dive on what her competitors were doing, assessed all of her current marketing assets, surveyed her recent clients and employees for feedback, and did market research on her new niche.

The result? I recommended we start with a brand strategy workshop to build the foundation of her new business. Her schedule is super tight, so we've been doing this just 1 hour at a time over several weeks. Every time we meet to continue building her brand, I can feel the electricity through Zoom. We spar with each other and develop her message as a team. She often comments that she's so glad she is doing this with me because she really needs a partner in this. And I'm so glad she chose me!

What's next? After we finish the brand strategy (which should be within the next week or so), we'll start tackling the items in my list of recommendations, starting with the easiest to implement that has the most impact. Including:

- LinkedIn profile makeover
- LinkedIn content strategy
- Website content rewrite
- One-sheet

And that's just the start. I plan to grow her reach further through Facebook groups, targeted networking, and thought leadership.

So that's what it's like to work with me. I hope this helps clarify what I can do for you. Book a free discovery call with me to learn how I can help you, too.
